تتخيل نحل طبيعي يتحول لكائن نصفه حي ونصفه تكنولوجي؟ هذا بالضبط اللي گدر يحققه فريق من معهد بكين للتكنولوجيا بقيادة البروفيسور “تشاو جيليانغ”.
الفريق ركّب أجهزة متناهية الصغر على ظهر النحلة، وزنها أخف من رشة ملح! هذه الأجهزة متصلة بمركز الرؤية بدماغ النحلة، وتجعل الباحثين يوجهون حركتها عن بُعد بدقة عالية. التجارب بيّنت إن النحلة استجابت للأوامر 9 مرات من أصل 10، يعني نسبة نجاح مذهلة.
الفكرة ليست مجرد استعراض علمي؛ النحل السايبورغ ممكن يستخدموه بمهام خطرة مثل:
– جمع بيانات من مناطق ملوثة.
– رصد درجات الحرارة أو الغازات.
– البحث والإنقاذ بدون ما يعرضون حياة البشر للخطر.
لكن بنفس الوقت، هذا الابتكار يفتح باب جديد للأسئلة: ماهو مصير استخدامه بمجال التجسس أو الأغراض العسكرية؟
نحن امام عالم جديد، التكنولوجيا الحيوية هنا تلتقي بالذكاء الاصطناعي والأمن، وتفتح نقاش عن حدود الأخلاق بالعلم.
Can you imagine a natural bee that turns into a semi-living and half-technological creature? This is exactly what a team from the Beijing Institute of Technology is achieving under the leadership of Professor Zhao Jiliang.
The team installed micro devices on the back of the bee, weighing lighter than a pinch of salt! These devices are connected to the center of vision to the bee’s brain, and the researchers are let to direct its movement remotely with high accuracy. The experiments showed that the bee responded to orders 9 times out of 10, which means an amazing success rate.
The idea is not just a scientific review; cyborg bees can use it with dangerous tasks such as:
Collect data from contaminated areas.
– Monitoring temperatures or gases.
Search and rescue without endangering human lives.
But at the same time, this innovation opens a new door to questions: what is the fate of its use in the field of espionage or military purposes?
We are facing a new world, biotechnology here meets artificial intelligence and security, and opens a discussion about the limits of ethics in science.
