Ohana Development, promoteur immobilier de premier plan aux \u00c9mirats arabes unis, a officiellement lanc\u00e9 \u00ab Manchester City Yas Residences by Ohana \u00bb, un complexe r\u00e9sidentiel priv\u00e9 en bord de canal \u00e0 Abou Dabi, d’une valeur de 4,1 milliards USD. Il s’agit du premier projet r\u00e9sidentiel de marque du Manchester City F.C. au monde.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le lancement a eu lieu \u00e0 l’Etihad Park d’Abou Dabi, en pr\u00e9sence de Husein Salem, PDG, et de Mustafa El Sammak, directeur des op\u00e9rations d’Ohana Development, ainsi que de Ferran Soriano, PDG du City Football Group.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lors de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, le Centre immobilier d’Abou Dabi (ADREC) a annonc\u00e9 la digitalisation des processus de manifestation d’int\u00e9r\u00eat et de r\u00e9servation pour les achats sur plan via sa plateforme Madhmoun, instaurant ainsi un nouveau cadre r\u00e9glementaire \u00e0 Abou Dabi. Les enregistrements seront effectu\u00e9s sous la supervision directe de l’ADREC, avec une gestion obligatoire des comptes s\u00e9questres, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi la protection des investisseurs, la transparence et la gouvernance.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le projet s’\u00e9tendra sur 1,67 million de m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s et proposera plus de 2 000 logements, dont six ensembles de villas de 4 et 5 chambres, des villas jumel\u00e9es, des maisonnettes, des penthouses avec vue sur l’eau et des appartements. Le prix moyen des villas individuelles est de 1,9 million de dollars am\u00e9ricains.<\/span><\/p>\n

Situ\u00e9 sur le canal de Yas, \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 de Ferrari World Abu Dhabi et de SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, le complexe se trouve dans l’un des quartiers les plus dynamiques de la capitale. La livraison est pr\u00e9vue pour 2029.<\/span><\/p>\n

Au c\u0153ur du projet se trouve une acad\u00e9mie de Manchester City int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, dot\u00e9e d’installations d’entra\u00eenement et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de haut niveau, en accord avec la philosophie du club en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement des joueurs.<\/span><\/p>\n

Une promenade en bord de canal regroupe des boutiques, des restaurants et des lieux de vie soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, dont le City Caf\u00e9. Le projet comprend \u00e9galement la Terrasse des jours de match, le City Lounge et des exp\u00e9riences immersives c\u00e9l\u00e9brant l’histoire du club.<\/span><\/p>\n

Un club nautique et des installations de sports nautiques proposent kayak, paddle et voile, compl\u00e9t\u00e9s par des \u00e9quipements de type resort tels que des centres de fitness ultramodernes et des piscines \u00e0 d\u00e9bordement. Plus de 55 % du plan d’am\u00e9nagement est consacr\u00e9 aux jardins paysagers et aux espaces verts.<\/span><\/p>\n
