Elle a pour objectif de renforcer la position d\u2019Oman en tant que p\u00f4le mondial de premier plan pour les services financiers, d\u2019attirer les flux de capitaux internationaux et de favoriser l\u2019innovation. L\u2019\u00e9tablissement du Centre t\u00e9moigne \u00e9galement de l\u2019engagement r\u00e9solu d\u2019Oman \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me financier moderne, fiable et performant, apte \u00e0 fournir des services financiers avanc\u00e9s r\u00e9pondant aux exigences des investisseurs et des institutions financi\u00e8res internationales.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">La loi instituant l\u2019IFC Oman, promulgu\u00e9e par d\u00e9cret royal n\u00b0 (8\/2026), conf\u00e8re au Centre une pleine autonomie administrative, financi\u00e8re et l\u00e9gislative. Il sera charg\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper un cadre r\u00e9glementaire, l\u00e9gal et juridictionnel de classe mondiale, align\u00e9 sur les standards internationaux et reposant sur le syst\u00e8me de la Common Law anglaise, afin d\u2019offrir un cadre attractif et s\u00e9curis\u00e9 aux acteurs financiers internationaux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">La gouvernance du Centre rel\u00e8vera du Conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019IFC Oman, qui sera d\u00e9sign\u00e9 par Sa Majest\u00e9 le Sultan, et investi des pouvoirs n\u00e9cessaires pour assurer la supervision strat\u00e9gique du Centre et garantir l\u2019atteinte de ses objectifs. En compl\u00e9ment, la loi pr\u00e9voit la mise en place de trois entit\u00e9s ind\u00e9pendantes \u2014 l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de l\u2019IFC Oman, le R\u00e9gulateur de l\u2019IFC Oman et l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e8glement des diff\u00e9rends de l\u2019IFC Oman \u2014 qui exerceront chacune leurs missions respectives en toute ind\u00e9pendance, garantissant ainsi un cadre institutionnel robuste et transparent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">L\u2019IFC Oman sera implant\u00e9 \u00e0 Madinat Al Irfan, avec la possibilit\u00e9 de s\u2019implanter dans d\u2019autres emplacements, conform\u00e9ment aux dispositions l\u00e9gales. Il offrira aux investisseurs un cadre attractif pour les activit\u00e9s financi\u00e8res et les secteurs associ\u00e9s, en proposant un ensemble d\u2019incitations et d\u2019exon\u00e9rations fiscales pouvant s\u2019\u00e9tendre sur une p\u00e9riode allant jusqu\u2019\u00e0 50 ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">Dans la prochaine \u00e9tape, le Centre se concentrera sur le d\u00e9veloppement de ses cadres l\u00e9gislatif et r\u00e9glementaire, la mobilisation des parties prenantes concern\u00e9es et le ciblage des entreprises et experts juridiques. Il mettra \u00e9galement en place les infrastructures op\u00e9rationnelles n\u00e9cessaires pour initier ses activit\u00e9s et assurer le d\u00e9marrage complet de ses op\u00e9rations compl\u00e8tes d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span lang=\"FR\">D\u00e9claration de S.E.
