Lors du Sommet mondial sur l’Intelligence Artificielle (IA) \u00e0 Riyad, l’Organisation de coop\u00e9ration num\u00e9rique (DCO) a aujourd’hui annonc\u00e9 le lancement de son centre d’excellence en intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. Cette initiative novatrice vise \u00e0 transformer le r\u00f4le des \u00c9tats membres de la DCO et orienter leurs efforts pour devenir des innovateurs cl\u00e9s dans le domaine mondial de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative en favorisant la collaboration et en promouvant une croissance durable et inclusive.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans une d\u00e9claration concernant cette initiative, la Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du DCO, Mme Deemah AlYahya, a expliqu\u00e9 : \u00ab C\u2019est pour moi un tr\u00e8s grand honneur d\u2019annoncer le lancement du centre d’excellence en intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, une initiative novatrice men\u00e9e par l\u2019Organisation de coop\u00e9ration num\u00e9rique et soutenue par le Royaume d\u2019Arabie saoudite. La DCO prend des mesures audacieuses pour maximiser la valeur de la coop\u00e9ration multilat\u00e9rale et saisir les opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9mergentes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re de la Gen AI. Le centre d’excellence en intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative fournit la plate-forme qui permettra aux \u00c9tats membres de la DCO de produire des solutions dans le domaine d\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

AlYahya a ajout\u00e9 : \u00ab Au c\u0153ur de cette initiative se trouve un cadre multilat\u00e9ral qui garantit l’acc\u00e8s et favorise la collaboration entre les \u00c9tats membres de la DCO, tout en soutenant leur transition du statut de simples consommateurs \u00e0 celui de producteurs actifs. \u00a0Cette approche ouvre la voie aux \u00c9tats membres de la DCO et leur permettra de devenir des leaders mondiaux de l\u2019innovation en mati\u00e8re de l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative et des centres de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle. \u00bb<\/span><\/p>\n

Les principaux avantages de l’initiative centre d’excellence (CoE) en intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative (Gen AI) comprennent la promotion d’une collaboration inclusive entre les gouvernements, le secteur priv\u00e9 et le milieu universitaire, veillant \u00e0 ce que tous les \u00c9tats membres puissent participer \u00e0 la r\u00e9volution de l’IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, en plus de catalyser l’innovation dans les \u00c9tats membres en les transformant en cr\u00e9ateurs de solutions dans le domaine de l’intelligence artificielle g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, en renfor\u00e7ant les capacit\u00e9s locales, en augmentant la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle et en stimulant l’innovation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
