Le Maroc travaille actuellement sur plusieurs chantiers structurants o\u00f9 la communication joue un r\u00f4le central. \u00abConscient de l\u2019importance de la communication pour le changement social et comportemental dans l\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des programmes de d\u00e9veloppement, le gouvernement et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile, en coop\u00e9ration avec les partenaires internationaux, ont mis en place plusieurs initiatives afin de promouvoir cette approche que ce soit dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9, de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, ou de l\u2019accompagnement de la jeunesse\u00bb, indique le ministre de la sant\u00e9 et de la protection sociale, Khalid Ait Taleb, \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture de la 3\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Sommet international sur la communication pour le changement social du comportement (CCSC) qui se d\u00e9roule du 5 au 9 d\u00e9cembre 2022 \u00e0 Marrakech.<\/p>\n

Cet \u00e9v\u00e8nement organis\u00e9 par l\u2019Unicef en partenariat avec 32 institutions et organisations \u00e0 travers le monde r\u00e9unit plus de 1.800 experts et praticiens sous le th\u00e8me \u00abLa force de la diversit\u00e9\u00bb. S\u2019exprimant \u00e0 cette occasion, Khalid Ait Taleb a soulign\u00e9\u00a0: \u00abLe minist\u00e8re de la sant\u00e9 et de la protection sociale est conscient que le changement comportemental est la cl\u00e9 de l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de tout syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9. Aussi, nous nous penchons sur l\u2019identification des leviers d\u2019action permettant de faire \u00e9voluer le comportement de la population, \u00e0 travers un mode de communication in\u00e9dit. Des \u00e9tudes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que plusieurs probl\u00e8mes auxquels font face les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 de par le monde ont une racine comportementale\u00bb. Et d\u2019ajouter\u00a0: \u00abLa politique de pr\u00e9vention qui constitue la cl\u00e9 de vo\u00fbte pour tout syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 efficace ne peut \u00eatre mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9e qu\u2019\u00e0 travers une action vigoureuse visant le comportement des individus, en int\u00e9grant les d\u00e9couvertes des sciences du comportement dans nos politiques publiques de sant\u00e9\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Dans ce sens, le ministre rel\u00e8ve que l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019une communication effective a \u00e9galement permis de rem\u00e9dier efficacement aux in\u00e9galit\u00e9s d\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services de sant\u00e9, notamment dans les zones rurales, de renforcer les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 communautaire, de d\u00e9velopper les valeurs de tol\u00e9rance, de la mod\u00e9ration et de la r\u00e9silience chez les adolescents et les jeunes vuln\u00e9rables. Il faut dire que ce sommet vise \u00e0 mobiliser les moyens disponibles, d\u00e9montrer l\u2019importance de la communication pour le changement social et du comportement (CCSC), son impact dans la lutte contre les disparit\u00e9s socio-\u00e9conomiques et son r\u00f4le \u00e0 favoriser la r\u00e9silience dans un contexte mondial d\u2019urgences et de bouleversements. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019adopter des approches strat\u00e9giques anticipatives capables de mettre en place des outils de veille compatibles avec les changements internationaux et visant l\u2019atteinte des objectifs fix\u00e9s. Cette rencontre s\u2019articulera autour de trois th\u00e8mes principaux\u00a0: catalyser le changement transformationnel sur des agendas d\u2019urgence, connecter la communaut\u00e9 de la CCSC au niveau global, et discuter de l\u2019avenir de la CCSC. Plus de 260 sessions sont pr\u00e9vues.<\/p>\n
