During the meeting, a Board of Directors was elected for the next three years. For shareholders who are invested in DEWA\u2019s shares prior to the dividend record date of 31 March 2025 (with a Last Entitlement Date of 27 March 2025), the next twelve-month dividend yield is 5.0% with reference to IPO share price of AED 2.48 per share.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-AE\">&#8220;Our commitment to sustainable growth, innovation and value creation remains stronger than ever.
