Companies See Opportunity for the PrecivityAD2\u2122 Blood Test to Transform the Clinical Standard of Care Through Early and Accurate Diagnosis of Alzheimer\u2019s Disease<\/i><\/p>\n

— C\u2082N Diagnostics, LLC<\/a>, a leader in advanced brain health diagnostics, and\u00a0Eisai Inc.<\/a>, a \u201chuman health care<\/i>\u00a0company,\u201d have announced Eisai has made an investment of up to 15 million USD in C\u2082N.<\/p>\n

C\u2082N executives say the investment reflects the two companies\u2019 shared desire to scale up and provide broad access to its\u00a0Precivity\u2122 tests<\/a>, which are innovative blood tests intended for use in patients with cognitive impairment. These tests aim to help healthcare providers determine Alzheimer\u2019s disease pathology, and aid in medical management and treatment decisions.<\/p>\n

The companies agree that Eisai\u2019s investment will catalyze C\u2082N\u2019s efforts to expand the availability, accessibility and use of high-performance blood biomarker tests for the early diagnosis of Alzheimer\u2019s disease in the U.S.<\/p>\n
