Alushibe Holding Group, one of Libya’s largest diversified groups and private employers, today announced the opening of its new global headquarters in Benghazi’s Beloun district, marking a major milestone in its long-term commitment to the city and its reconstruction.<\/p>\n

Designed and built by Arcadia Engineering Consultancy, part of the group’s Engineering & Infrastructure division, the 45,000 sq ft headquarters is home to more than 70 management team members and welcomes guests and partners from around the world. It is the first completed project in the group’s 7.15 million sq ft development pipeline across Benghazi.<\/p>\n

Named Alushibe Headquarters, the building combines modern design with smart technology, advanced infrastructure, contemporary workstations, green spaces, entertainment, and on-site amenities, creating a world-class workplace and a vibrant addition to Beloun.<\/p>\n

A commitment to Benghazi’s economy<\/strong><\/p>\n

With more than 6,000 employees across six divisions, we are the Benghazi’s largest employers. Through Arcadia and its wider operations, the group is investing across industrials, healthcare, retail and destinations, including factories, hospitals, malls, mixed use developments, hospitality, and entertainment.<\/p>\n

Part of a broader investment in the city<\/strong><\/p>\n

As part of the headquarters project, the group has upgraded surrounding infrastructure, including work on Beloun’s streets and sidewalks to improve accessibility and enhance the district.
