Artist and entrepreneur Shams Al Kuwaitiya has officially signed the agreement to launch her new venture, Coffee by Shams \u2013 The New East, inside the historic Taft Building in the heart of Hollywood, becoming the first Arab artist to establish a Fine Dining & Specialty Coffee concept of its kind in Hollywood. The milestone marks a new chapter for Arab entrepreneurs on the global stage.<\/p>\n

The agreement was signed with Ray Golbar, representing Taft Tower LLC and Hollywood Investment Capital, LLC, the owners of the landmark property that will host the new project.<\/p>\n
