His focus will be on strengthening the forward pipeline, improving win performance, and securing new strategic clients, while deepening engagement with key stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>David brings nearly 30 years of experience across development, design and construction, including senior leadership positions such as Development Director at Drum Property Group, where he delivered major commercial projects across multiple sectors.
