The project remains the same; it is merely being developed and scaled. Therefore, the same marketing approach is utilized, albeit with enhancements. This includes using public relations to reinforce the brand&#8217;s image with the target audience, leveraging media to reach wider demographics, or deploying direct advertising campaigns to communicate with the general public. In short, the use of all these tools remains consistent with the initial strategy, with some adjustments and developments based on market changes\u2014a key characteristic of focused expansion.<br>\u200bHolistic Diversification: A Major Bet Requiring Out-of-the-Box Thinking<br>\u200bWhat is Holistic Diversification?<br>\u200bHere, we are talking about the same individual who has achieved great success with their initial project, reached a saturation point in the market, and captured a significant share from competitors. Feeling fulfilled by the success of their single venture, they decide to transition from focused expansion of their core business to holistic diversification. This means leaving their successful project to establish new ventures that are entirely different and separate.<br>\u200bThe Role of PR and Advertising in Holistic Diversification<br>\u200bThis is where the real challenge lies. The success of one project does not automatically guarantee equal success in other, different ventures. On the contrary, if steps are not calculated carefully, this path can lead to significant losses, especially since these new ventures will be funded by the profits of the core business.
