Rashid Al Majed is preparing to release his new album “Impossibility” on Friday, July 26, after an absence of years from the release of full albums, so that Rashid’s audience will be on a date with many lyrical surprises in an album that includes 14 diverse songs, all composed by musician Dr. Talal, in which he collaborated with a group of prominent poets, and the general supervision of Khaled Abu Munther, and the date of the album’s release will coincide with Rashid’s celebration of his birthday the next day, July 27.
Rashid added the name “Love and Loyalty” as a description of the album, which is not the title of one of the songs, but it bears the characteristic of love that Majid lives in all the songs of the album, and the loyalty he has to the musician Talal.
As usual, Rashid Al-Majid seeks to move the lyrical artistic scene and prose happiness and rapture, through the songs of the album, namely: impossibility, Zant I love you, housing Riyadh, one spins you wrong, what you told me, in short, no life for those who call, from your memory, the extent of my rug, father breathe, Khali love, Maby my heart, the world of beauty, on the place of Ghala.
He collaborated on the album with a group of the most important poets, including Prince Badr bin Abdul Mohsen, Prince Fahd bin Khalid, Prince Saud bin Abdullah, Nizar Qabbani, Ali Musaed, Khaled Al-Muraikhi, Mohamed bin Fetais, Musaed Al-Shamrani, Ahmed Alawi, Dayem Al-Saif.
Regarding the presentation of a full album, Rashid Al Majid said:
I am very happy to present the album “Impossibility”, which includes 14 songs, all composed by the musician Dr. Talal, the symbol of authentic Arab lyrical art and the owner of the school of sensation and high musical performance, who presented me with musical tones that carry many different oriental tarab ideas, which reveal new spaces in my voice, music full of vitality and a sophisticated graceful artistic vision, and this is what we are familiar with from the musician Talal in all his artistic works.
Rashid Al Majid added: I always strive and strive to provide fine art, and the songs of my new album “Impossibility” carry an artistic vision full of exquisite specifications, through a magical mixture, with a lot of renewal and departure from the ordinary, in terms of words and melodies, to satisfy all tastes, and as usual I always like to provide what pleases my audience through songs that carry a lot of challenges in terms of singing and musical thought, to be added to the record of previous lyrical works.
In the end, Rashid Al Majed says: I extend my thanks and appreciation to all the makers of the album, and all those with whom I collaborated in it, wishing that the songs achieve high numbers in listening, as they are characterized by great momentum and mobilization of the best poets who formed the taste of listeners, in addition to the melodies and tones of the musician Talal with a graceful style and a tarab character par excellence.
