The Egyptian women’s delegation concluded its visit to the Sultanate of Oman, after several meetings to enhance economic cooperation between the two countries, hosted by Lujaina Mohsen Haider Darwish, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Mohsen Haider Darwish Group and Vice President of the Arab Federation for Sports Marketing and Investment, and in coordination with the Embassy of the Sultanate of Oman in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The visit program included a meeting with the delegation, accompanied by Lujaina Mohsen Haider Darwish and the wife of His Excellency the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman accredited to the Republic of Egypt and the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to the Sultanate of Oman and his wife. The Egyptian delegation consists of prominent female figures in several fields, led by the wife of the Egyptian Foreign Minister, His Excellency Sheikh Faisal Al-Rawas, President Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Her Excellency Ibtisam Al-Furujiyah, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, where many aspects of economic, investment and trade cooperation between the two brotherly countries were discussed.
The meeting discussed opportunities to enhance joint cooperation in the economic fields and encourage mutual investments to serve the common interests between the Sultanate of Oman and the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The delegation also took a tourist tour to Jabal Al Akhdar, where they enjoyed stunning views of the mountains, valleys and waterfalls, an experience that reflects the beauty of Omani nature and its environmental diversity, as well as a visit to the Royal Opera House.
The tour included an official invitation from His Excellency Salem bin Mohammed Al Mahrouqi, Minister of Heritage and Tourism, who hosted the delegation for an honorary luncheon. The delegation concluded its visit to the Sultanate of Oman with a visit to His Excellency Sheikh Abdul Malik Al Khalili, Chairman of the State Council, His Excellency Dr. Saeed Al Saqri, Minister of Economy, and His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa Al Harithi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Foreign Affairs. It is worth noting that Lujaina Mohsen Haider Darwish is one of the most prominent female figures in the field of business in the Sultanate of Oman.
