Be My Eyes هو تطبيق مجاني يربط المكفوفين وضعاف البصر مع متطوعين مبصرين في المجتمع العالمي وممثلي الشركة للحصول على مساعدة بصرية من خلال مكالمة فيديو مباشرة لإعطاء بصرهم ودعمهم في المهام اليومية.

إنّه مجتمع دعم متعدد اللغات متاح عالميّا ليلاً أو نهارًا، ولديه متطوعون يستجيبون للمكالمات بأكثر من 185 لغة.

يتم إجراء المكالمات بناءً على المنطقة الزمنية أثناء النهار واللغة. ويبلغ متوسط وقت الانتظار حوالي 15 ثانية.

إذا كنت ترغب في مشاركة البصر، يمكن القيام بالتسجيل كمتطوع والرد على مكالمات الأشخاص المحتاجين.

بصفتك متطوعًا مبصرًا، يمكنك المساعدة فقط عن طريق تثبيت تطبيق “Be My Eyes”. قد يحتاج المستخدم المكفوف أو ضعيف البصر إلى المساعدة في أي شيء مثل قراءة الطباعة الصغيرة أو تقنية استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها أو إعداد الأجهزة المنزلية أو أي مهمة بسيطة أخرى يمكن للمتطوع إكمالها عبر الفيديو المباشر.

“Be My Eyes”: Let’s see the world together!

“Be My Eyes” is a free app that connects blind and low-vision people with a global community sighted volunteers and company representatives for visual assistance through a live video call to lend their eyesight and support with everyday tasks.

It is a multi-lingual support community available globally day or night and has volunteers answering calls in more than 185 languages

Calls are connected based on daytime timezone and language. Average wait time is about 15 seconds.

If you want to share eyesight, sign up as a volunteer and answer calls from people in need.

As a sighted volunteer you can help just by installing the “Be My Eyes app”. A blind or a low-vision user may need help with anything like reading small print, matching clothes, troubleshooting technology, setting up home appliances, or any other simple task a volunteer can complete over live video.
