البروفسور خالد عثمان: علاج ندبات حب الشباب وآثار الحروق من جلسة واحدة

شهد مؤتمر الجمعية الإماراتية للأمراض الجلدية، الذي عُقد في دبي، مناقشة العديد من القضايا والموضوعات الشائكة المرتبطة بطب التجميل والامراض الجلدية، وما طرأ عليه من مستجدات عصرية، وعلاجات جديدة، تم طرحها لأمراض الجلد المستعصية، وقادت الكثير من المرضى إلى نتائج إيجابية في أسرع وقت ممكن.
شارك في المؤتمر الطبي، العديد من الباحثين والأطباء المتخصصين في طب التجميل، من غالب بلدان العالم، بينهم البروفيسور خالد محمود عثمان، الذي استعرض بشكل علمي أحدث الأبحاث العلمية والابتكارات التي وصل إليها الطب التجميلي في مجال علم الأمراض الجلدية وجراحات الجلد والبشرة.
وعرض البروفيسور خالد محمود عثمان، أمام الأطباء والباحثين، أحدث طرق علاج ندبات حب الشباب وآثار الحروق وتشققات الجلد للبشرة الداكنة، من خلال جلسة واحدة، حيث بدد مخاوف الكثير من المصابين بهذه الأعراض، بإمكانية علاجهم في وقت قصير بعيدا عن أية تعقيدات طبية.
وشرح البروفيسور عثمان، طريقته الخاصة التي ابتكرها في هذا الشأن، حيث تجمع بين أكثر من أسلوب للعلاج والحصول على أفضل النتائج من جلسة واحدة، خاصة وأنه سبق وقدم بحثا علميا طرحه في أكبر المؤتمرات العالمية في فرنسا، عن أمراض الجلدية وطب التجميل، وكان من الأبحاث المميزة، فيما أعاد تفنيد مخرجات البحث أمام الباحثين والأطباء خلال مؤتمر الجمعية الإماراتية للأمراض الجدية بدبي.
وقال إن البحث أُجري على 38 متطوعا كانوا يعانون من ندبات حب الشباب، أو آثار الحروق، أو تشققات الجلد، وقاموا بالعديد من محاولات العلاج في عيادات ومراكز طبية، لكن لم تُكلل مساعيهم بالنجاح، أو التخلص من آثار المرض التي لحقت بهم، لكنه نجح في أن تصل نسب شفائهم لأكثر من 93 بالمائة.
وأثنى المشاركون في المؤتمر، على الإنجاز البحثي للبروفيسور عثمان، لأنه جمع بين طرق متعارف عليها عالميا، للتعامل مع طبقات الجلد المتنوعة في نفس الجلسة، بعدما استخدم ست طرق مختلفة في جلسة العلاج، شملت استخدام الموجات الرديوية وحقن البلازما والخلايا الجذعية، وهو الأمر الذي يُعطى للمتطوع القدرة على العودة لنشاطه الطبيعي خلال 24 ساعة، وغالبا ما يحصل المتطوعين على نتائج مرضية في غضون 28 يوما فقط.
ولدى البروفيسور خالد عثمان، عديد المساهمات في المؤتمرات الطبية التي تنظمها مؤسسات وهيئات وطنية ودولية، وتم اختياره متحدثا في الأنشطة العلمية والفعاليات الطبية منذ 1998، أي منذ عام حصوله على الماجستير في الأمراض الجلدية من جامعة القاهرة، ثم الدكتوراه من نفس الجامعة بعد أربع سنوات، ومن بعدها أصبح مدربا دوليا معتمدا في الطب التجميلي، وله خمس مؤلفات في هذا المجال، ليشغل بعدها مناصب عديدة مرتبطة بعلم التجميل في مؤسسات طبية عربية وعالمية.كشف عن التقنية خلال مناقشته في مؤتمر الجمعية الإماراتية للأمراض الجلدية.

Prof. Khaled Othman: Treating acne scars and burn marks in only one session

The Emirates Dermatology Society Conference, witnessed a discussion of many concerning topics related to aesthetic medicine and dermatology, alongside the modern developments and new treatments introduced for incurable skin diseases, and that are proven to deliver positive and instant results for patients.
Many researchers and doctors specializing in aesthetic medicine, from diverse backgrounds, participated in the conference. Among them was Prof. Khaled Mahmoud Othman who scientifically reviewed the most recent scientific research and innovations related to plastic surgery in the field of dermatology and skin surgery.
In front of doctors and researchers, Prof. Khaled Mahmoud Othman presented the latest treatments for acne scars, burn marks, and skin cracks for dark skin in only one session. In fact, he dispelled patients’ concerns by proving the possibility of treating them in a short time away from any medical complications.
Prof. Othman explained his own method that he devised in this regard, as it combines more than one method of treatment aimed at achieving the best results after only one session. Noteworthy, he had previously presented distinctive scientific research, on dermatology and aesthetic medicine, at the largest international conferences in France. Thus, he once again refuted the research outputs in front of researchers and doctors during the Emirates Dermatology Society Conference in Dubai.
His study involved 38 patients with acne scars, burn marks, or skin cracks, who exhausted many treatment options in clinics and medical centers, and were not successful in getting rid of the residual effects of their diseases. However, his study provided an exceptionally high cure rate which was reported to be greater than 93 percent.
Participants in the conference praised the research achievement made by Prof. Othman. This is because he combined internationally recognized methods to deal with various skin layers in the same session, as he used six different methods in the treatment session, including the use of, microdermabrasion, micro needling radiofrequency, plasma injections, combined with other methods. Notably, this method allowed the volunteers to return to work and their normal activities within 24 hours, and were able to achieve the best results by the 28-day mark.
Prof. Khaled Othman continues to make many contributions to medical conferences organized by both the national and international institutions and bodies. He has been chosen as a speaker in scientific workshops and medical events since 1998, the year he obtained his master’s degree in dermatology from Cairo University, and then a doctorate from the same university four years later. Subsequently, he worked as an internationally accredited trainer in the field of aesthetic medicine on which he has five books. Furthermore, he occupied several positions related to aesthetic medicine in some Arab and international medical institutions.
